Key Responsibilities
- Lead and ensure quality in Salesforce development, adhering to best practices.
- Design and develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and architecture consistency.
- Optimize data models, processes, and integrations using Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP).
- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and enhance performance.
- Provide technical guidance to team members and stakeholders.
- Collaborate on solution architecture and prioritize technical requirements with business analysts.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
- 8 years of Salesforce development experience with expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
- Proficient in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Strong skills in SOQL, SOSL, and data modeling.
- Experienced in Salesforce API integration.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator and/or Platform Developer I (PD1) certification
- Salesforce Platform Developer II (PD2) certification.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
- Strong problem-solving and team leadership skills.
- Experience in advanced Lightning development and scalable solution implementation.
- Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Proven experience in conducting performance tuning and optimizing Salesforce code for efficiency.
- Demonstrated ability to drive technical innovation, implementing solutions that enhance scalability and performance across enterprise-level applications.
