Job Description:

We are looking for a strong Salesforce Developer with hands-on experience in Salesforce and Agentforce platforms. The ideal candidate should be a senior-level developer who can contribute as a technical lead, drive a squad operationally, and provide implementation guidance to junior developers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Salesforce platform technologies.
• Lead and mentor development teams while contributing hands-on to development activities.
• Drive squad-level technical delivery and support implementation best practices.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Provide architectural and implementation guidance to developers.
• Work on integrations, customizations, and automation within Salesforce ecosystem.
• Ensure high-quality code standards, performance optimization, and scalability.
  
  

Required Skills:

• 10 Years of Experience Require
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Development.
• Experience working with Agentforce platform/solutions.
• Ability to lead developers technically and operationally.
• Expertise in Apex, Lightning Components, LWC, SOQL, APIs, and Integrations.
