This role will serve as the onsite lead, overseeing field technicians, partner resources, and subcontractors to ensure successful project execution and high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the onsite lead and primary liaison for field teams and subcontractors
- Conduct site surveys and review findings with customers and engineering teams
- Develop and maintain documentation for site surveys and installation activities
- Analyze and interpret technical documentation to stage devices per predefined specifications
- Coordinate and manage field technicians across multiple active projects
- Work closely with Project Management to execute onsite activities
- Train field technicians on quality standards, expectations, and procedures
- Perform Dead on Arrival (DOA) / Green Light testing
- Conduct post-installation Quality Assurance checks
- Integrate infrastructure components using slotting matrices and cabling diagrams
- Provide console management access to enable remote engineering support
- Perform structured cabling tasks including pulling, securing, splicing, and running conduit
- Execute physical installation tasks including unboxing, racking, mounting, and connecting network equipment
- Ensure proper documentation and as-built deliverables are completed
- Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in network implementation, infrastructure deployment, or related field
- Leadership experience managing small teams in field environments
- Strong knowledge of network cabling standards and fiber optic types
- Understanding of infrastructure technologies and data center environments
- Working knowledge of networking protocols and command line interfaces (Cisco IOS, JunOS, etc.)
- Experience upgrading and managing operating systems on networking equipment (Cisco, Juniper, etc.)
- Familiarity with network heat mapping tools such as Ekahau
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams during issue resolution
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in high-pressure environments
- Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience
- BICSI Installer certification or equivalent knowledge
- CCENT, Network , A , or equivalent certifications
- Experience working in data center environments
