Mandatory Qualifications:
- Minimum 9 years (108 months) of experience as a Lead Developer, including systems design, configuration, deployment, troubleshooting, performance tuning, preventive maintenance, and security implementation.
- Minimum 9 years (108 months) of experience designing and developing complex n-tier web applications using ASP.NET MVC, C#, and Microsoft Visual Studio.
- Strong experience applying object-oriented programming principles and developing scalable, maintainable, secure enterprise applications.
- Minimum 8 years (96 months) of experience with Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), including secure .NET web services, WCF, SOAP/REST APIs, message queue processing, and/or Enterprise Service Bus (ESB).
- Minimum 8 years (96 months) of experience analyzing business requirements, interpreting system requirements, and preparing technical documentation.
- Minimum 7 years (84 months) of experience with Oracle 11g or higher, including SQL, PL/SQL, stored procedures, functions, cursors, and query optimization.
- Minimum 3 years (36 months) of experience developing applications compliant with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0.
- Minimum 3 years (36 months) of experience using Team Foundation Server (TFS) 2010 or later, Azure DevOps, or GitLab for source code management and development activities.
- Minimum 3 years (36 months) of experience designing and implementing healthcare applications involving HIPAA-protected health information (PHI).
- Healthcare domain experience.
- Experience working on large-scale enterprise application development and integration projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and documentation skills.
