Core Requirements
- 7 Years: Designing and implementing large-scale software systems using .NET architectures.
- 5 Years: Developing data-driven applications with MS SQL Server.
- 5 Years: Building N-tier web-based systems with complex security models.
- Technical Stack: C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, Entity Framework 6, MVC 3 , and JavaScript.
- Tools: Visual Studio 2019/2022, TFS, SSRS, and SQL 2019.
- Lead the development of system enhancements and new standardized assessment tools.
- Design and support bi-directional interfaces with state and federal partners.
- Manage federal reporting requirements (NAMRS/CCWIS/AFCARS).
- Develop and modify code that accesses high-volume SQL databases.
- Background in Child Welfare or Human Services system design.
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of performance, security, and regression testing tools.
