- Lead end-to-end implementations, enhancements, and upgrades of Oracle Fusion Financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, Expenses).
- Configure core financial setups including COA, payment terms, approval workflows, accounting rules, and tax configurations.
- Drive automation and process efficiency across invoice processing, vendor payments, inventory valuation, and reporting.
- Work with 3rd-party financial supply chain tools (Highradius, Blackline, TM1, Concur, Kyriba, Vertex, etc.).
- Align financial system capabilities with key distribution functions (inventory valuation, landed cost, rebates, vendor funding, and margin analysis).
- Partner with supply chain and inventory teams to ensure financial accuracy across O2C and P2P cycles.
- Support compliance, reporting, and analytics for distribution-specific metrics such as gross margin by SKU and freight allocation.
- Partner with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external consultants to deliver scalable and sustainable financial solutions.
- Lead workshops, UAT, training, and knowledge-transfer sessions for finance and operations teams.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and internal audit requirements.
- Maintain documentation for configurations, test scripts, SOPs, and change management processes.
- Support continuous improvement and other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems.
- 7 years of Oracle ERP experience, including 3 years working with Oracle Fusion Financials.
- Proven experience in wholesale distribution or manufacturing environments.
- Strong understanding of financial processes, cost structures, and distribution finance.
- Expertise in:
- Oracle Fusion Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, Expenses)
- Distribution finance (inventory costing, rebates, freight, vendor funding)
- SQL, OTBI, BI Publisher, Smart View
- Fit-gap analysis, functional design, testing, user training
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Oracle Cloud Financials certification preferred.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.
