They will provide programming support, troubleshoot production solutions, and contribute to the design of technology infrastructure and configurations.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development, testing, implementation, and review of complex solutions.
- Provide programming support for software development and code deployment.
- Troubleshoot production solutions and recommend changes for improvement.
- Participate in the design of technology infrastructure and recommend process improvements.
- Implement software packages and deploy code.
- Maintain technical documentation and stay current with technology trends.
- Participate in cross-functional team initiatives and process improvement projects.
- May require extended work hours, on-call status, and occasional travel.
- Bachelor''s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience with IBM ACE/WebSphere MQ, API-SG/MQ/MFT.
- AWS Cloud technologies: Serverless, Lambda, RDS, Storage, EC2, and migration services.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
- Messaging based middleware, AWS API Gateway, and integration technologies.
- Programming languages like NodeJS, Python, or Java and JSON/XML data types.
- Alerts and monitoring dashboards creation for metrics and logs.
- Nice to have: Security (IAM roles/Kerberos/Authz/Wire encryptions).
- Nice to have: DevSecOps: CICD Gitlab/Jenkins.
- Experience working on Agile projects.
- Strong analytical ability and technical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and data integrity.
- Proficient oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to translate technical information into non-technical terms.
- Broad knowledge of programming concepts, practices, and principles.
- Ability to interact with customers and collaborate with team members.
