- Lead installation of commercial cooking and refrigeration equipment
- Conduct site surveys and develop installation scopes of work
- Manage installation projects using CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred)
- Coordinate scheduling with dispatch and field service teams
- Ensure proper startup, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate forecasts, pricing updates, and documentation
- Perform vehicle and equipment safety inspections
- High school diploma or GED
- 10 years of related experience with at least 2 years of formal technical training
- Experience installing commercial foodservice or refrigeration equipment
- Mechanical or electrical experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work in commercial kitchen environments
