We are looking for a Lead Developer who has strong experience in Generative AI and cloud technologies. In this role, you will build AI-powered systems and lead the development of a chatbot platform using tools like Anthropic APIs or AWS Bedrock.
You should have experience building real-world AI applications and be comfortable leading design decisions, reviewing code, and mentoring team members.

- 6 years of experience in cloud-based development
- At least 2 years working with Generative AI applications
- Experience with Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, and RAG systems
- Good knowledge of LangChain (LangGraph is a plus)
- Experience with vector databases (pgvector, FAISS, Pinecone, etc.)
- Strong backend skills (Python, FastAPI, microservices)
- Hands-on experience with AWS (Lambda, S3, ECS, SQS, IAM)
- Good communication, documentation, and Git skills
- Experience building AI agents using LangGraph
- Frontend skills (React or Angular) for chat interfaces
- DevOps knowledge (Docker, CI/CD, Terraform, Kubernetes, etc.)
- Understanding of data privacy and security practices
- Experience with monitoring tools (Datadog, New Relic, etc.)
