Job Title: Lead Frontend Engineer (UI/UX)

Location: Richardson, TX 75081 (Onsite)

Duration: 6-12 months

Must Have Skills:

  • Java Struts
  • JSP(Legacy UI)
  • Angular

  • Spring boot

Detailed Job Description

  • Application development and enhancement project for Healthcare Claims related applications.
  • Technical stack includes UIUX SaaS Accessibility WCAG.7 years leading UIUX engineering with enterprise design systems.
  • Demonstrated delivery of SaaS front ends and hybrid web architectures.
  • Deep accessibility experience WCAG, performance optimization
  • Minimum years of experience: 10 years

Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute:

  • Establish design systems, accessibility standards, theming, and modular frontend patterns.
  • Lead CAS UI SaaS integration, enforce performance and accessibility budgets, and embed user centered design with analytics.
  • Implement CICD for frontend, codify guidelines, and mentor UIUX engineers on best practices.
