Job Description

Senior IT Technician with advanced Microsoft Setup skills, HP Hardware skills and team leader skills. Needed to manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of the PC Lifecycle Service team in Alpharetta, GA. This position is 100% on-site. Expected Service Hours are 8 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday.

The position will manage and monitor task assignments across the entire PC Lifecycle Service team. The position is also responsible for inventory management, KPI reporting and interaction as a single point of contact with IT service management.

DutiesTeam Management responsibility of the on-site team providing the PC Lifecycle Service, including:Manage capacity of PC Lifecycle on-site team in APH TManage quality assurance of all delivered work as part of the PC Lifecycle ServiceResponsible for KPI reportingSingle point of contact for IT Service ManagementEnsure the on-site team follows all agreed procedures and work level instructionsTechnical work as Windows 11 installation technician forNew PC setup (Windows 11, M365, MS MFA, Data Transfer, additional software installation)Recovery of returned PCs (cleaning, minor repairs, asset management)Inventory management of returned PCs and newly ordered PCsFacilitation of PC repairs of returned PCs where needed and in alignment with PC Lifecycle Service guidelines (warranty repairs via HP)End of life processing of PCs at the end of lease / lifecycle in alignment with PC Lifecycle Service guidelines (return of hardware to HP)User interaction during PC setup / redeployment / retirement

RequirementsBachelor's degree in information technology, or similar field.Team leader experience5 years of active experience with Windows PC Setups, software installation, PC troubleshootingExpert in Windows 11Expert in M365Expert in Microsoft Azure environment, incl. Company Portal software distributionFamiliarity with Microsoft Azure Multi-Factor authentication (MFA)Familiarity with ServiceNow as order and incident management solutionFamiliarity with HP Windows PC HardwareFamiliarity with UPS shipping processCustomer oriented with good communication skillsMust show attention to detail and reliabilityBasic data analysis / MS Excel skillsExperience with Microsoft PowerBI for KPI reporting is desired
