Responsibilities
- Support onboarding and development of new data center technicians
- Coach and guide technicians on operational best practices and safety procedures
- Share hands-on experience related to data center operations and infrastructure
- Support server deployments, hardware troubleshooting, and infrastructure-related learning activities
- Provide technical leadership within classroom and lab environments
- Assist with preparation and setup of training/lab environments
- Support reporting, documentation, and operational administrative tasks
- Work closely with other Leads and program leadership
