Job Description
This role requires someone who has migrated swift messaging to ISO 20022 ( this is the primary role needed)
- Lead strategic planning and roadmap development for payment modernization initiative.
- Lead complex business and technical analysis for payment system initiatives, focusing on wire transfers, Fedwire, CHIPS and SWIFT network integrations
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to define requirements, map processes, and design solutions that align with regulatory, compliance and operational standards.
- Effectively collaborate with senior business and technology stakeholders, interfacing teams in execution planning, systems development, integrations, cutover planning and support.
- Analyze and document current and future state workflows, identifying gaps and recommending improvements for payment processing, settlement, and reconciliation
- Serve as Subject matter expert (SME) for ISO 20022 payment message formats, validation rules, and exception handling
- Lead the rollout of new payment platforms and upgrades, including migration planning, QA testing and parallel/shadow runs
- Liaise with technology. Operation and business stakeholders to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless integration of new tools.
- Prepare and deliver clear documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, process maps and training materials
- Experience in Agile SDLC, technical analysis and Business stakeholder management
