Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and maintenance of marketing collateral, web content, and layouts that align with brand standards.
- Manage and prioritize multiple design projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
- Provide creative direction and guidance to stakeholders, translating business needs into innovative design solutions.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and support organizational objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field OR equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of professional experience in graphic design, web design, or related roles.
- Advanced proficiency in design, web, and multimedia software, including but not limited to:
- Adobe Digital Publishing Suite
- InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, XD
- HTML and Adobe Experience Manager
- Microsoft Excel and Word
- Knowledge of printing procedures, photography, and illustration.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to build effective working relationships.
- Experience leading design projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to make sound judgments based on best practices and prior experience.
