Kong API Developer

Location – Austin , TX (hybrid)

Duration- Fulltime

Experience level— 10

Mandatory Skills : Kong API Gateway, microservices architecture, RESTful API design principles and API-first development, SQL/NoSQL databases, cloud services.

Job Description :

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Kong API Gateway (or similar API gateways such as Apigee, AWS API Gateway, MuleSoft).
• Experience in microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with RESTful API design principles and API-first development.
• Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (SQL Server, MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
• Knowledge of cloud services (Azure preferred, AWS/Google Cloud Platform a plus).
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
