- Analyze business requirements related to procurement, inventory management, and materials planning.
- Configure and support SAP MM modules, including Purchasing, Inventory Management, and Vendor Management.
- Lead and participate in requirement gathering workshops and process design sessions.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams.
- Support end-to-end implementation activities including design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Develop and execute test plans, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Identify process improvements and recommend best practices for procurement and materials management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FI/CO, SD, WM/EWM, etc.) to ensure seamless integration.
- Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve defects in a timely manner.
- Create and maintain functional documentation, training materials, and user guides.
- Support data migration and master data governance activities related to materials and vendors.
- 2 years of hands-on experience as an SAP MM Functional Consultant.
- Proven experience in at least one full-cycle SAP implementation (S/4HANA preferred).
- 7 years of hands-on experience as an SAP MM Functional Consultant.
- Proven experience in at least one full-cycle SAP implementation (S/4HANA preferred).
- Proven experience in at least one full-cycle SAP implementation (S/4HANA preferred).
- Strong expertise in procurement processes, inventory management, and materials planning.
- Experience with configuration of key MM components including:
- Purchasing (PR, PO, contracts, scheduling agreements).
- Inventory Management (goods receipt, goods issue, stock transfers).
- Vendor Master and Material Master data.
- Experience with integration points between MM and other SAP modules (FI/CO, SD, WM/EWM).
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps and S/4HANA environment preferred.
- Strong understanding of business process mapping and optimization.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Experience with public sector or regulated industries (if applicable).
- Knowledge of procurement compliance and audit requirements.
- SAP Certified Application Associate - Materials Management (MM) preferred.
- Additional SAP certifications (e.g., S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement) are a plus.
- Bachelor s degree in information systems, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered
