Summary:
The Junior Microsoft 365 Developer supports the development, modernization, and maintenance of business solutions using Microsoft 365 technologies. This role works under the guidance of senior developers and analysts, with a strong focus on learning Microsoft 365 development, automation, governance, and AI-enabled productivity tools.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with solution development using SharePoint Online and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Support migration of legacy SharePoint sites to modern SharePoint using hub architecture standards
- Assist senior developers with implementation of approved Copilot for Microsoft 365 features
- Participate in requirements gathering and document business needs
- Support testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Microsoft 365 applications
- Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides
- Follow established governance, security, and compliance standards
- Track and update work through ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
- Provide basic user training and ongoing support
- Stay current on Microsoft 365 features and updates
- Participate in team meetings, projects, and other assigned duties
- Required to work onsite full time
- Associate's degree or Technical Certification in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- Equivalent work experience will be considered
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or junior development roles
- Foundational knowledge of SharePoint Online and Power Platform
- Exposure to Power Apps, Power Automate, or Power BI (work, internship, or academic)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented, process-driven, and customer-focused
- Eagerness to learn in a collaborative team environment
- Must be available to respond to requests and incidents as needed
- Vendor must provide a smartphone with data service that meets security requirements
- Device must receive manufacturer or carrier security updates and support apps such as Outlook, Teams, and ServiceNow
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900)
- Microsoft Certified: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900)
- Exposure to SharePoint site migration and modernization
- Interest in Copilot 365 and AI-driven productivity tools
- Basic understanding of PowerShell, JSON, or Microsoft Graph
