Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior Data Analyst who can support the team in working with data and turning it into useful information. In this role, you will help collect, organize, and analyse data so that the team can better understand business performance and make informed decisions. You will also assist in preparing reports, maintaining data records, and identifying trends or patterns in the data. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, paying attention to details, and learning how data can help improve business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Collect and organize data from different sources for analysis and reporting.
• Review data to identify trends, patterns, or any unusual changes.
• Prepare simple reports, charts, or summaries to support business decisions.
• Assist in cleaning and maintaining data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Work with team members to understand their data needs and reporting requirements.
• Help maintain spreadsheets, databases, or reporting tools used by the team.
• Support the team in interpreting data and sharing insights when required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience or relevant internship in business intelligence, data analysis, or reporting.
• Basic understanding of data analysis and data handling.
• Comfortable using tools like Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet tools.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with data.
• Ability to present information in a clear and simple way.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn new tools and data analysis methods.
