Role Overview
Our client's team is seeking a Junior Business Systems Analyst to support an increased volume of work tied to form assembly configuration and CRM-related activities. This role is ideal for candidates with 1-2 years of experience (internships count as experience) and are eager to grow in a hands-on systems role.
You'll partner closely with senior team members to take on configuration-heavy work, helping streamline delivery while gaining exposure to enterprise systems, stakeholders, and Salesforce administration tasks.

- Intake, review, and configuration of form assembly requests (no coding required)
- Translate business requirements into form configurations
- Manage repetitive configuration tasks to free up senior BSAs for higher-level work
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of form outputs
- Case management and support
- Managing user permissions
- Configuring fields, page layouts, and record types
- Supporting day-to-day CRM administrative tasks as needed
- 1-2 years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst or similar role
- OR a Bachelor's degree with relevant internship experience
- Hands-on experience with form assembly configuration (must-have)
- Experience working within a CRM environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams
- Comfortable working in a hybrid, fast-paced enterprise environment
- Experience with Salesforce (Admin-level exposure is a plus)
- Familiarity with CRM concepts such as workflows, permissions, and layouts
- Exposure to telecom, enterprise services, or operations-heavy teams
- Interest in growing into a more advanced BSA or systems role over time
- Round 1: Webex interview with hiring manager and team member focused on form assembly skills
- Round 2: Short (15-minute) virtual discussion with the director
- Final Round: Onsite interview with the manager and broader team
- Interviews will assess form assembly aptitude, CRM knowledge, and team fit.
