Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Business Data Analyst to bridge the gap between business requirements and data insights. You will analyze processes, manage data reporting, and support project implementation to drive operational efficiency.
Core Responsibilities
- Elicit and document formal business requirements and technical specifications.
- Extract and interpret data sets using SQL and Excel to identify business trends.
- Build and maintain automated dashboards in Power BI or Tableau.
- Analyze workflows to identify bottlenecks and propose data-driven solutions.
- Project Support: Facilitate stakeholder meetings and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Proficiency in Excel and basic SQL. Experience with Power BI/Tableau is preferred.
- Strong ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.
- Clear professional writing and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
- U.S. work authorization required; no current or future sponsorship available.
