- Hands-on Appian development experience, including Appian SAIL, Process Models, and Appian plug-ins.
- Strong experience in Oracle database Design and Development, including Schema Design, SQL, PL/SQL, Stored Procedures, Functions, and Triggers.
- Experience with Appian integrations (e.g., Web Services, REST APIs, Appian-Oracle connectors).
- Proficiency in performance tuning, indexing strategies, and Oracle query optimization.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices (CI/CD, Automated Testing, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with excellent communication abilities.
- Appian Certified Associate Developer or Appian Certified Senior Developer
- Oracle Database SQL Certified Associate
- Oracle Database Administrator Certified Professional (OCP)
- Design, develop, and deploy Appian BPM applications, including process models, rules, interfaces, integrations, and data structures.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and analysts to translate requirements into functional Appian solutions.
- Design and optimize Oracle database schemas, stored procedures, functions, and triggers to support Appian applications.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Appian and Oracle databases, ensuring data consistency and high performance.
- Ensure compliance with best practices for database normalization, indexing, performance tuning, and security.
- Troubleshoot application and database issues, providing timely resolutions.
- Document technical designs, workflows, and configurations for both Appian applications and Oracle database solutions.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos.
- Mentor junior developers and support knowledge sharing within the team.
