- Support day-to-day coordination of project activities across multiple workstreams
- Maintain and track project plans, action logs, risks, and dependencies
- Execute testing activities by following defined instructions and rest plans while quickly learning new systems and processes
- Identity , document, and track issues, ensuring findings are clearly recorded and well-organized
- Communicate results, observations, and recommendations to stakeholders in a structured way
- Collaborate with project teams to support system enhancements and provide feedback on process improvements
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow structured instructions precisely
- Highly organized with strong documentation and tracking capabilities
- Experience supporting projects or participating in testing efforts (UAT, system testing, or similar)
- Technically savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present issues clearly and concisely
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify and articulate root causes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams); experience with tracking tools or workflow systems is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting or relevant field required
- 3 years experience in finance or related fields
- Experience supporting data, operations, or technology-related initiative
- Background in financial services (asset management, banking, or related) strongly preferred
