The Project Manager I will support process qualification, documentation, and substantiation efforts. This role ensures projects are executed efficiently, in compliance with company standards, while identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Support process qualification, documentation, and substantiation activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards
- Identify and implement process optimization and streamlining opportunities
- Manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
- Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution
- Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders and leadership
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or related field (OR high school diploma/GED with 4 years of relevant experience)
- Experience with project management tools and software
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with Adobe tools for PDF creation and editing
- Strong computer application skills (databases, spreadsheets, presentations)
- Experience in process documentation and substantiation
- Lean Six Sigma or Continuous Improvement experience
