Job Description:

About The Job

• Conduct hands-on bench and analytical testing (HPLC, FTIR, assay, titrations) to evaluate raw materials. Interpret results against USP monographs and internal specifications to ensure regulatory compliance and product quality.
• Develop and implement solutions to resolve raw material and packaging challenges, ensuring seamless operations across global supply chains.
• Manage product specifications, perform technical risk assessments, and generate detailed reports and metrics. Oversee global change controls to maintain compliance and improve change management efficiency.
• Lead cross-regional qualification of raw materials and packaging components for both new product development (NPD) and lifecycle management (LCM). Ensure alignment with global regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complex technical projects, mitigate risks, and implement innovative, cost-effective solutions that improve supply chain performance.
• Respond rapidly to business-critical issues by leading investigations, implementing corrective actions, and protecting product integrity.
• Drive continuous improvement by optimizing internal systems and processes related to material lifecycle and supplier management.
