Position Title: Jira Engineer (Administration/ Development)
Location: San Jose, CA (Hybrid, 3 days a week)

This role requires strong Jira administration capabilities, including automation and scripting, along with solid organizational and communication skills to ensure smooth operations and user support.

Technical Skills
- Hands‑on experience with Jira administration (minimum 3–5 years preferred).
- Strong understanding of Jira workflows, schemes, permission management, and configurations.
- Experience in Jira automation (Automation for Jira, ScriptRunner, or similar).
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Groovy, JavaScript, or Python is a plus.
- Basic understanding of Confluence integration is preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to understand business processes and map them into Jira workflows.
- Strong communication and documentation abilities.
