Key Responsibilities
- Work on JD Edwards (JDE) Order to Cash (OTC) module including order processing, invoicing, pricing, and customer management.
- Configure and support Sales Order Management, Advanced Pricing, and Customer Billing in JDE.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
- Collaborate with business users, product teams, and integration teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to order processing and billing workflows.
- Support system enhancements, testing, and production support.
- Strong experience in JD Edwards (JDE) OTC / Order to Cash module
- Experience with Sales Order Management
- Knowledge of Advanced Pricing and Customer Billing
- Experience in business process analysis and solution design
- Experience with JDE configurations and troubleshooting
- Experience with JDE integrations
- Knowledge of EDI transactions
- Experience working in Agile environments
