Responsibilities:
- JavaScript Engineer will design, develop, and maintain serverless compute functions and backend services using JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js
- Build and optimize microservices architectures for scalability and reliability
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Workflows
- Develop and maintain REST APIs following best practices
- As a JavaScript Engineer, you will ensure robust security measures across backend systems (authentication, authorization, data protection)
- Integrate observability and performance monitoring tools for platform health
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver platform-level solutions like API gateways and service orchestration
- Expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js
- Experience with backend frameworks (Fastify or Express)
- Strong knowledge of microservices architecture
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions)
- Proficiency in serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions)
- Solid understanding of REST API design and backend security best practices
- Familiarity with AI platform concepts (MCP, RAG)
- Containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform)
