Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and resolve application issues across multiple layers including application, middleware, infrastructure, and platform.
- Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and scalability issues in distributed environments.
- Support production escalations with urgency and ownership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, infrastructure, and support.
Experience:
- 5 to 7 years of overall IT systems experience.
- Experience supporting enterprise applications in development and production environments.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex application, infrastructure, performance, and scalability issues.
- Expertise in Java and strong development experience with Spring Boot.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Event Hub.
- Strong Angular UI development experience.
- Good exposure to SQL and PL/SQL.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and a strong working knowledge of GitHub.
- Deep understanding of infrastructure components to troubleshoot end-to-end application issues.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience in enterprise-grade application support and modernization environments.
- A self-driven and accountable professional comfortable in a hybrid work model.
