- 12 years of overall IT experience.
- 4 years of hands-on experience in solution architecture
- 4 years of experience with AWS cloud services
- 2 years of experience with integration platforms (preferably TIBCO)
- Mandatory Skills
- Strong experience in applying architecture principles, best practices, and solution design methodologies.
- Strong experience in Java (design, development, optimization)
- Solid experience in AWS Services relevant to integration and application migration (e.g., Lambda, SQS, SNS, API Gateway, Step Functions, ECS/EKS, S3, IAM)
- Experience working with AI-assisted development tools such as Amazon Q and prompting approaches.
- Experience with integration architectures, APIs, microservices, and event-driven systems.
- Hands-on experience in application or middleware migration projects
- Ability to design migration patterns, integration frameworks, and modernization strategies.

- Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and document solution blueprints, sequence diagrams, and migration roadmaps.
- Guide the development team in code migration, including solutions partially generated using Amazon Q and prompts, along with manual coding where required.
- Assess existing TIBCO components and define the target-state architecture, integration patterns, and migration approach.
- Ensure architectural consistency, scalability, and security across the migrated platform.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to refine requirements and ensure alignment.
- Provide technical leadership during development, testing, deployment, and post-migration stabilization.
- Lead the end-to-end migration of TIBCO services to AWS-based modern architectures.
- Conduct code reviews, validate design decisions, and ensure best practices in cloud and integration architecture.
- Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies.
