Role Java Lead (OMS Retail Domain)

Location: San Ramon, CA (Onsite) - only locals

Client: Gspann/ Alo Yoga

Work Model: 100% Onsite San Ramon, CA

Visa Open (All VISA)

We are looking for a strong Java Lead with deep expertise in Kafka and Microservices architecture, along with mandatory OMS experience in the Retail domain.

Mandatory Skills (Must Have):

  • Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices
  • Kafka (Critical candidate must be very strong)
  • OMS (Order Management System) Mandatory (any OMS is fine)
  • Experience in Retail / eCommerce domain

Additional Expectations:

  • Proven experience leading teams / handling end-to-end delivery
  • Strong system design & integration experience
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
