Job Title: Java Full Stack Developer

Location: Cary, NC (Onsite - Local Candidates Only)

Duration: 12 months contract

Job Description:

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Java Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and support scalable applications across the full software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have strong backend expertise in Java and Spring Boot, along with frontend experience in Angular, and exposure to cloud-based solutions on AWS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, enhance, and maintain full-stack applications using Java and modern frameworks
• Work across all phases of the SDLC including design, development, testing, and deployment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services
• Support production systems, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements
• Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability best practices
  
  

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Java and Spring Boot
• Experience with Hibernate (ORM)
• Proficiency in Angular (2 ), JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Experience with SQL databases (Oracle or PostgreSQL)
• Familiarity with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, SQS, DynamoDB)
• Experience with Git and version control systems
  
  

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in Docker and Kubernetes environments
• Exposure to serverless architecture on AWS
• Knowledge of jQuery (nice to have)
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
  
  

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience working on full lifecycle development projects
• Ability to work independently and within a team
