RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking a remote Java Developer to join their team. This client is looking for a backend Engineer, primarily Java/Google Cloud Platform, to join Supply Chain IT. The application they will be supporting determines efficiency in route mapping. It is a heavy backend application that is currently spread across 80 windows servers and a SQL server database - they are looking to move completely off of this into Google Cloud Platform. They are looking for a Java Developer to hit the ground running and be proficient in Java, Springboot, Google Cloud Platform along with other cutting-edge technologies.
REQUIREMENTS:

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 3-7 years of Java experience (17 )
- Expertise in cloud/Google Cloud Platform
- Expertise in Springboot
- Ability to work at scale in a fast-paced environment
- Desire to learn new technologies, collaborate in stand ups, and mentor others
