Kforce has a client in Tampa, FL that is seeking a Java/Automation Engineer.
Responsibilities:
- Support migration of a legacy CPQ platform from C# to Java/React
- Work within an API-driven architecture, integrating and orchestrating existing services
- Leverage detailed documentation including API mappings, system interactions, and integration points
- Help stabilize and bring the modernized application into production
- Design and develop automated test frameworks using Selenium and Playwright
- Build and execute automated test suites for application functionality
- Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps workflows
- Strong Java development experience
- Experience with APIs, system integrations, and service-based architectures
- Understanding of SDLC and deployment workflows
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium or Playwright
- Background in manual testing with progression into automation
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps and automated testing within CI/CD pipelines
- Experience supporting application modernization or migration initiatives
