- ) Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures, housekeeping equipment, tools, and chemicals.
- ) Ability to lift and carry heavy furniture and equipment.
- ) Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
- ) Ability to operate heavy industrial type cleaning equipment.
- ) Have a valid driver's license (Type 3 driver's license preferred).
