Description
SAIC is seeking a Systems Integration Analyst for the United States Coast Guard (USCG) Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) major systems. This program will be part of a transformative venture, driving the future of next generation ice-breakers and enhancing the Navy and Coast Guard's polar mission effectiveness in response to evolving strategic and environmental demands.
Duties:
- Perform Systems Systems Integration support for stage 4 and 5 test procedures development and test execution project for USCG Polar Security Cutter C5ISR systems.
- Plan and delivery of high-quality IT Systems Integration deliverables including contract CDRLS in support of program requirements.
- Develop, update, report and maintain on complex project data sets including stage 4 and 5 test procedures for C5ISR systems.
- Propose solutions to a variety of technical problems of moderate scope and complexity where analysis of situations or data requires a review of the variety of factors.
- Assists with and leads development of integration, migration plans/schedules
- Assess engineering change proposals and document risks and impacts to project milestones and deliverables.
- Collaborates across all functions within project.
- Adhere to change control processes.
- Support the proactive identification and mitigation of risks .
- Communicate assigned Systems Engineering plans and status, and escalate issues as required.
- Provide status of project tasks and milestones
- Works with the multidisciplinary technical team to ensure successful shipboard industrial test procedures development and testing.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Bachelors and two (2) years or more relevant experience with one or more shipboard C5ISR systems: radio communication racks, Interior Communications(Alarm/Safety/Warning), shipboard CGOne/Unclass/SIPRNET LANs, Surface Search Radar, Navigation Distribution system, Integrated Bridge System
- Active Secret clearance.
- Cybersecurity Workforce (CSWF) IA Level II - Security certification, or CSSIP or equivalent.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements.
- Vendor operating system certification such as Microsoft, Cisco, RedHat, or Linux
- Valid US Passport
- Prior experience providing support for a shipyard environment project
- Three (3) years as an IT Systems Integration Analyst of Naval or related electronics, networks, communications equipment and systems projects
- Proficiency of Microsoft Office suit.
- Proficient Soft Skills for engaging with individuals in person, on phone and in written mediums.
- Familiar with cybersecurity requirements and controls for shipboard systems.
- Experience with MIL-STD-2106 Development of Shipboard Industrial Test procedures
- Demonstrates familiarity and understanding of all subject areas in Certification and Accreditation (C&A).
- Knowledge of and experience with evaluating hardware/software functional requirements
- Systems Administration of NIPRNET and SIPRNET
- CompTIA Network certification
- Prior experience working in a Firm Fixed Price environment
