Job Description:
- Perform Windows 11 imaging on desktop and/or laptop devices
- Follow client-provided imaging and configuration instructions accurately
- Validate successful image completion and perform basic post-image checks
- Track progress and maintain daily imaging counts
- Troubleshoot common imaging or hardware issues as they arise
- Escalate issues that fall outside documented procedures
- Handle devices with care and follow basic IT asset management practices
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace while handling large volumes of devices
- Prior experience with PC imaging or device deployment projects
- Familiarity with Windows 10/11 installation and configuration
- Experience using imaging tools or processes such as:
- PXE-based imaging
- USB imaging
- Deployment tools (e.g., SCCM/MECM, MDT, Intune, or similar)
- Comfortable imaging multiple devices per day in a production environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow step-by-step procedures
- Ability to self-manage workload with minimal supervision
- Basic hardware knowledge (laptops/desktops, peripherals, BIOS access)
- Basic troubleshooting skills for imaging or boot-related issues
- Reliable attendance and strong time management
- Ability to stand, move, and handle equipment throughout the day
