- 5 years of Help Desk or technical support service experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2 years of experience supporting client proprietary systems such as JURIS, One Team, SIR, TAMS, and Voyager.
- Strong experience providing moderate to complex technical support and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of service center processes and procedures.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general PC applications.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong analytical and interpretive skills.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good judgment and discretion.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to meet performance standards and monthly quality monitoring requirements.
- Experience supporting internal proprietary claims systems preferred.
- Experience in troubleshooting software development-related issues preferred.
- Experience working in environments with structured quality programs is preferred.
- Provide moderate to complex support to colleagues regarding internal proprietary systems, including JURIS, One Team, SIR, TAMS, and Voyager.
- Respond to issues reported via email and technical support requests.
- Troubleshoot moderate to complex system and software issues as needed.
- Document, track, and monitor issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Communicate high-visibility issues to the immediate supervisor.
- Escalate issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Maintain strong knowledge of claim systems, adjuster job functions, company workflow, and business processes to effectively resolve support-related issues.
- Support the organization s quality program.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
