- Set up and configure computer labs, including hardware installation and software deployment.
- Support users with desktop, printing, and remote access issues.
- Assist with the setup and maintenance of specialized lab equipment.
- Provide basic troubleshooting for hardware and software problems.
- Deliver responsive customer service to students, faculty, and staff.
- Participate in technology rollouts and upgrades as needed.
- Experience with desktop support and hardware troubleshooting.
- Understanding of endpoint security and basic system administration.
- Strong customer service and communication abilities.
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems and general deployment processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- 1-2 years of relevant technical support experience.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, academic setting.
