- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support; assist with more complex issues as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client IT issues via remote tools and onsite visits.
- Participate in larger-scale projects, including:
- Server builds and configurations
- Network infrastructure (switches, VLANs, firewalls, routers)
- Active Directory management and file security
- Manage help desk ticket queues and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Other duties as needed

The successful IT Support Technician will have:
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of IT support experience.
- Industry certifications such as A , Network , or equivalent preferred.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Windows operating systems (10, 11)
- Windows Server (2008 and newer)
- Virtualization technologies
- Networking fundamentals
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to client sites.
- Must pass a background/drug test prior to employment
