Job Description:

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide ongoing user support for management information systems. This role involves troubleshooting end-user problems, performing software modifications, and providing training to users. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in technical support and a commitment to customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support and maintain system operations.
  • Troubleshoot application issues and provide on-call assistance.
  • Communicate with management and users regarding system status and issues.
  • Develop training materials and conduct sessions for users.
  • Install and upgrade software on PCs as needed.
