Job:
Will be doing general IT desktop work, using ServiceNow for ticketing, support hardware and applications. They will do minimal network work but will be asked to do basic telecom tickets that are mostly replacing phones. This person is covering for someone on leave and why it's only about a 7 week contract.
Qualifications:
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.

Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of desktop support experience
- Basic Telecomm skills - mostly phone support/replacement
- Exp with installing apps, operating systems, and computer upgrades
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field is a plus
- Any IT certification is a plus
