Skills: MySQL~Control-M_Workload Scheduling and Automation_Administration
Experience Required: 6-8
Role Descriptions
SQL Skills
Moderate SQL Skills
Ability to perform UPDATE| INSERT| DELETE| and JOIN operations.
Comfortable writing queries for data validation| troubleshooting| and root cause analysis.
Experience querying relational databases (Oracle| SQL Server| MySQL| etc.).
Production Support Experience
Hands on experience supporting applications in a live production environment.
Skilled in incident management| troubleshooting| and triaging issues under SLA timelines.
Ability to collaborate with dev| QA| infra| and business teams to resolve issues quickly.
On Call Readiness
Willingness to support a rotational on call schedule| typically 1 week out of every 5 weeks.
Ability to handle high priority incidents during off hours and weekends when required.
Essential Skills
CAWLA Experience
Familiarity with CA Workload Automation (CAWLA CA Autosys).
Ability to monitor| manage| and troubleshoot scheduled jobs and workflows.
