Job Summary:
We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Support Analyst to provide end-user support during email migration. The role involves assisting users with configuration, troubleshooting, and ensuring a smooth transition.
Responsibilities:
- Provide post-migration end-user support
- Configure and troubleshoot Outlook on desktop and mobile devices
- Assist with email setup and issue resolution
- Support basic DNS-related activities during migration
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams
- Document issues, resolutions, and support activities
- 1β3 years of experience in IT Support / Helpdesk roles
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office
- Hands-on experience with Outlook and email systems
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (DNS preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Active Directory experience
- Familiarity with IT support tools/ticketing systems
- Certifications such as A , Network , or ITIL
