responsibilities:
- The contractor will be working with appropriate stakeholders to assist with HR Transformation vendor integrations that require contracts and statements of work.
- The contractor will work with negotiators on the team and will assist them with multiple tasks, as well as their own deals (they'll be shown what to do)
- The contractor will be leveraging Excel to conduct pricing analysis, net present value of deals and other financial measures
- Contractor will need to perform contract submission, routing, approval, and purchase order execution in COUPA (source-to-pay tool)
- Bachelor's Degree in a business or related discipline (e.g., Business Management) and a minimum of four years of experience in business, sourcing and/or developing and maintaining vendor relationships.
- In lieu of a degree, a minimum of six years related work experience in business, sourcing and/or developing and maintaining vendor relationships may be accepted.
