Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 support via phone, chat, and remote tools for end users
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows 10/11 operating systems
- Support Microsoft 365 applications, with a focus on Outlook and Teams (e.g., email delivery issues, message syncing, sending/receiving errors)
- Assist users with login issues, password resets, and account access problems
- Document support requests, solutions, and troubleshooting steps in ticketing systems
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams as needed
- Deliver clear, professional communication while ensuring a positive user experience
- Entry to intermediate level experience (entry level candidates up to ~3 years of IT support experience)
- Hands-on experience supporting Windows 10/11 environments
- Experience troubleshooting Microsoft 365 applications, especially Outlook and Teams
- Familiarity with account access support, including password resets and login troubleshooting
- Experience providing support via phone, chat, and remote access tools
- Strong customer service skills with excellent verbal and written communication
- Internship or prior help desk/support experience in a corporate environment
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT support workflows
- Basic understanding of Active Directory or user account management
