Key Responsibilities:
- Provide phone-based technical support to end users, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues
- Perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve recurring problems
- Document incidents, resolutions, and processes within the ticketing system
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through clear communication and follow-up
- Minimum of 2 years of phone-based technical support experience
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook, with strong overall Microsoft Office skills
- Exceptional customer service and communication abilities
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with a focus on root cause analysis
- Ability to manage multiple issues simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in a help desk or IT support environment
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and service management processes
- Customer-first mindset

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
