Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT roles
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent
- Screen and evaluate candidates for technical and cultural fit
- Manage offer negotiations and candidate closing
- Mentor junior recruiters and support team development
- Track and report recruiting metrics and performance
- Stay updated on market trends and talent availability
