IT Project Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Specialist in Hopkins, MN. This is a hybrid position that will be onsite at the Hopkins Excelsior Crossings location at least three days a week.

Summary of the project/initiatives:

This role is in support of the bank's Strategic Cloud program, which is responsible for migrating applications to migrate to cloud services. This program consists of over 700 resources.

Top 5-10 responsibilities:

• Interacting with leaders across the large program to obtain updates regarding program progress and staffing needs
• Creating/updating Power BI dashboards
• Creating/updating PowerPoint presentations targeted towards senior leadership
• Creating/updating Excel spreadsheets containing key program metrics
• Automating existing process using Microsoft tools as well as helping to create new processes
  
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• Microsoft Excel, 5-7 years of experience
• Microsoft PowerPoint, 5-7 years of experience
• Power BI (including DAX), 3-5 years of experience
• Power Automate, 3-5 years of experience
  
  

Preferred Skills:

• Broadcom Clarity PPM
• JIRA and Confluence
  
  

Interview process:

• 2-3 rounds
• Video
• Candidates will be asked technical questions regarding Excel and Power Platform Applications
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
