- This role will require onsite work in Fort Worth, TX on a hybrid basis*
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management for multiple IT initiatives.
- Develop and maintain project plans, resource assignments, and timelines.
- Manage communication between technical teams, business units, and leadership.
- Track milestones, risks, and deliverables using Agile methodologies.
- Prepare and present project status reports and updates.
- Identify and drive process improvements across the project management function.
- 5 years of project management experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects in an Agile environment.
- PMP certification required.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or related field.
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving ability.
- Prior experience working in City, County, or Government environments.
- Experience improving project management processes and tools.
- Friendly, approachable, and collaborative.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Self-starter with initiative to optimize processes and deliver results.
