Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end execution of complex technology and business initiatives
- Ensure alignment with enterprise priorities, regulatory standards, and delivery timelines
- Manage planning, governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, technology, and operations
- Ensure predictable, high-quality outcomes and optimize resources
- Continuously improve delivery processes in a highly regulated banking environment
- Manage risks, dependencies, and timelines across complex initiatives
- 5 years of delivery lead or project management experience
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery frameworks (e.g., Scrum/SAFe) and experience with Agile tools like Jira
- Background in a disciplined software development life cycle (SDLC) process
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Good technical acumen to work effectively with engineering and architecture teams
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, financial, and resource management skills
- Must be proficient with MS Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- This is a hybrid position with a requirement of a minimum of 3 days per week onsite
